1. Set out. According to the drawing size of the engineering container, use ink to pop up the installation position line of the board room on the basis of the board room, and use Pythagoras string gauge. Use horizontal pipes to give the relative elevation points around the foundation, and the number of punctuation points on each ground beam shall not be less than 2.

2. Installation of ground beam. Place the floor beam of the engineering container on the foundation of the board house and align the floor beam according to the installation position line of the board house. The allowable deviation between the ground beam and the axis position is 3mm. Align the ground beam elevation with the relative elevation given around the foundation. When adjusting the elevation of the ground beam, the high point of the foundation shall be taken as the reference, and the level gauge and variable scale shall be adopted.

3. Install the column. WillEngineering ContainerThe column is lifted to the installation position and erected so that the clamp under the column is clamped on the lower ring beam. The corner column, center column and gable column are welded and formed, and the walkway bracket can be installed together with the column.

4. Floor installation.Engineering ContainerThe floor should be paved with ash, shall not be installed and used between the plate cracks, cement or fine stone concrete surface should be compacted and calendered, shall not have cracks, spalling and sanding and other defects.

5. Wall installation.Engineering ContainerThe first piece of the wall needs to be corrected according to the sheet layout. The corners and outer corners of the umbrella wall are sealed with angle aluminum. I-shaped aluminum is used for the connection between the plates. Each wall shall be vertical, sealed to the same depth, neat and clean. The walls shall be clean, consistent in color and neatly seamed. The nail surface should be consistent from top to bottom. Self-tapping bolts shall be used for the necessary parts. Mark the positions of the doors and windows of the container conference room according to the design drawings, cut out the positions of the doors and windows with a cutting machine, install the doors and windows according to the positions of the doors and windows, and carry out the bottom ceiling of the container mobile house.

  6.Engineering ContainerThe windows are installed. Installation sequence: install the window sash at the upper and lower closed window frame of the window sill, and install the window lock hook and glue. Draw a vertical centerline and a horizontal centerline on the window opening. Make sure that the centerline of the window frame coincides with the centerline drawn on the window opening during installation. Put the window frame into the side groove of the column, and measure the diagonal length of the inner corner of the window frame with a steel tape to make the two diagonal lengths equal. Adjust the window frame so that it is horizontal and vertical. Install window sash and window latch hook. According to the position of the lock hook on the window sash, install the lock hook on the window cabinet to ensure that the two locks are in the same position, the installation is firm, and the switch is flexible.

  7.Engineering ContainerThe door is installed. Installation sequence: the locking bolts of door frame, door handle, door head plate and door leaf (hinge) shall be bonded. The door panel is embedded between the door frame and the door handle, and is sealed with glass glue. According to the position of the hinge on the door leaf, install the hinge on the door frame, and ensure that the position of the hinge on the door frame and the door is the same, the upper and lower hinges are on the same axis, and the hinges on the door frame and the door must not be reversed. According to the position of the door lock on the door leaf, install the lock plate to ensure that the bolt of the lock body on the door and window coincides with the lock plate on the door frame.

  8.Engineering ContainerAn installation of the inner bulkhead. Construction sequence: determine the position of the wall, install the inner partition wall, and stick the inner glass door. Use the vertical method to release the installation position line of the inner partition. The allowable deviation between the installation of the inner partition wall glass and the displacement of the roof truss center shall be less than 2.0mm. Installation of inner partition glass: install the inner partition glass from one side of the wall to the other side, and use a straight ruler to detect the verticality, straightness and misalignment of the inner wall panel. The gap of the inner partition shall be sealed with glass glue, and the paint film damaged during transportation and installation shall be coated separately.
